Pre-Orders

+ For all pre-orders there is a lead time. The wait time will vary for most items depending on what stage we are at with our atelier manufacturing schedules. All of our Musion Collection Exclusive pieces are custom made to order unless in stock.

+ Pre-orders are a 7-15 days wait.

+ Aside from the necessary time for our atelier to handcraft your item, it then takes 3-7 days for the shipping depending on your location. Due to this, we are unable to provide exact delivery dates but can give you an estimated time-frame.

+ Important note: Once your pre-order is made we cannot offer a refund due to the above circumstances as each item is made to order. 

+ We will be in contact with you once your order is ready to be dispatched from our warehouse.
